I just discovered that you can easily import your DL catalog to LibraryThing (via the tools tab in LT). It accepts a wide variety of formats. For Delicious Library, all you need to is export to text, then import the text file. It is smart enough to compare your import file with existing books on your LT list so you only import the new items.

By the way, speaking of connections, do you connect in any way your Delicious Library to LibraryThing, or do you have to input every book twice?
